Air and gas leaks are one of the leading causes of wasted energy in facilities. Leaks can occur at any moment without knowledge of it happening. Up to 31% of energy use can come from air and gas leaks. Undetected leaks will increase costs, have negative impacts on the environment and hurt overall efficiency.

Most leaks can not be heard audibly. We use an ultrasonic listening device (20khz +) to hear above the audible range (20hz - 20khz) to pinpoint these leaks in your facility. After each survey, you will receive a detailed report which includes estimated CFM loss, up-to-date cost avoidance, and  tagged/photographed location of  the leaks.
